I will tell you this; poverty is the root of all evil. The lack of money is the root of all evil. When you do not have money, you do not have answers. And Peter calling to remembrance saith onto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away. Jesus reached his hand into the fig tree, and because it did not produce any figs, he cursed it. How many lives have you reached into that were supposed to produce something for you and did not, and you allowed them to remain standing? We are talking about economics. And no matter how much you may try to ignore it, economics and spirituality walk side by side in harmony. That is God’s best for you.
The love for money is the root of evil, because you are running after it, because you lack it. Said in another way, poverty is the root of evil.
