What do you hope to accomplish this year? Having thought this out, what improvements can you make to ensure that this occurs? How about the folks you associate with? What impact may they have on your success?
A Master Mind is similar to a successful dream team. You can achieve success on your alone, but when you work with others, they will help you get there faster. However, the concept here is that you have to be with like-minded people. Nothing, according to Thomas (2012), can derail ambition and energy faster than being surrounded by the wrong people.
You understand what I mean, don’t you? These are the people that are always negative and cynical. They will persuade you believe that your great aspirations are ridiculous and not worth pursuing. They eventually sap you of your zeal, and you settle for mediocrity.
Examine your attitude toward your job, family, faith, and life in general. What you are will attract what you are. Consider what you think about on a daily basis. This is why the Bible instructs us to reflect on the Book of the Law at all hours of the day and night, because what we think about the majority of the time will transform us.
There is no such thing as a lone ranger Christian in the Bible. The Lord understands how difficult it is to do anything on our own. It is beneficial to have a support network. Having a group can help you boost your self-esteem. Being surrounded by achievers and outstanding men and women of religion shows you that big things are achievable. Thomas (2012) emphasized that being surrounded by successful people who are devoting their time and energy in your achievement is inspiring.
