God cannot lie. God is a God of order. If God says something is true, then it is. It is only
the infinite wisdom of God that allows Him to be 100% true and 100% right. It is written, “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He said, and will
He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” (Num. 23:19).
If there is controversy or doubt surrounding it or in any way attached to it, it is
temporary. God doesn’t deal in contrariness. Do not give your power to any mortal, or you will limit the channel of good that could come through you. You must think of money and other material desires or possessions as an outer symbol of the inner supply.
If Jesus came to give you an abundant life, and you do not have it, does it mean He lied?
Perhaps it means, you have not received it from Him. You may have not claimed in the physical realm because you do not feel it to be true, true enough to be manifested in the spiritual realm.
The only thing about that outer symbol that is real is the substance underlying the
outward manifestation. Money is the symbol of the idea in Divine Mind. The idea is an all-sufficiency of supply. The idea meets every need with the divine surplus in your individual life.
Jesus taught us to look at the sparrows. These sparrows have no concerns. They are not
anxious. They do not fall from the sky because they’re depressed. They simply go about their lives, not minding where they will find their food. Jesus tells us two things about these sparrows.
First, God takes care of them. Second, God cares more about you than these birds. What does it mean? If God has these sparrows covered, what more can He do for your
life? These sparrows did not choose God. They are by nature dependent on God for provision. They were designed not to worry. You have the faculty to choose. How much more will God bless and provide for you if you choose Him?
