How do we really know when an organization is not well coordinated?
The signs are always glaring from the very start of engaging with them. Just like the scriptures tell us that people are known by their fruits, even so, the signs of an organization that lacks coordination is known by their works.
Some of the tell-tale signs of an organization that lacks coordination include delay, poor treatment of people, low level of execution of tasks, amongst others. For instance, when someone comes to make an inquiry about something, or perhaps to have a meeting with personnel in such an organization, the processes involved may be so stressful that the person decides to leave.

In places where people are not properly treated, it is also proof that they lack coordination. Organizations that value people treat people well and such employees or members of staff will be rewarded for it. This shows coordination. It shows that the people are in tune with the values and culture that the organization portrays.
