Chocolate Chip w/ Nuts Cookies Recipe



1 stick unsalted butter

1/2 cup Swerve granulated sweetener

1 egg

1 1/2 cups superfine blanched almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips



Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease a baking sheet.

Mix butter and sweetener until creamy.

Add egg.

Beat until smooth.

Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.

Mix until well combined.

Stir in nuts and chips.

Drop heaping spoonfuls on baking sheet, flattening slightly.

Bake 14-15 minutes until firm and lightly golden.

Cool 5-minutes.

Store in airtight container.
