Monday 

  • Pineapple Cruiser:   

    Pineapple, Honey dew, grapefruit, orange, 

  • Carrot Crush:

    Carrots, celery, granny-smith apples, ginger

  • Cool as a Cucumber:

    Cucumber, celery, apple

 

Tuesday

  • Wake Up in a Cup:  Apple, celery, ginger, orange, lemon
  • Drina Enhancer:

    Banana, celery juice, green apple juice, ginger juice, beet juice, carrot juice, kale juice 

  • Garden Godess:

    Kiwi, mint, apple, cucumber, spinach, lemon juice, lemon zest, banana, dates,                       

                                           almond milk,  coconut oil (optional)

 

Wednesday

 

The Mocha / Almond Blend
  • 1.5 bananas
  • 8 oz coffee
  • 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
  • 1 scoop of  Chocolate vegan protein powder
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 4 pitted dates

 

Tropical Spinach Smoothie
  • 3 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups of coconut water
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

 

De-toxer Juice
  • 3 carrots, 
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 golden beet
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Sprig of parsley

 

Thursday 

 

  • Inflammation Fighter: Turmeric paste, apples, cucumber, kale, lemon juice

 

To make the Tumeric paste

 

  • ¼ turmeric powder;  
  • ½ cup water; 
  • ¾ tsp black pepper; 
  • mix turmeric in water in pan over low heat.  
  • Stir until paste is formed.    
  • Stir in the black pepper, and add 

 

 

Matcha Match:
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ tsp of sweet matcha powder 
  • 1 cup Oat milk
  • 1 tblsp Maple Syrup
  • Squeeze of 1 Lime Wedge 
  • Handful of Kale
  • Handful of ice cubes

 

Blapple Spinach
  • 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 granny smith apples (quartered and chopped)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 2 Tbsps. Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Vegan protein powder

 

Friday

 

  • Citrus Sunrise: Orange,  Red grapefruit, Red apple, Ginger, Carrots, Pinch of Cayenne, pinch of Salt

 

 

Banana Mint Choco Chip
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein powder
  • 2 cups Almond milk

 

Carrot Refresher: Carrots, apple, lemon, ginger, celery

 

Saturday

  • Watermelon – Lemonade: Watermelon Juice,  Lemon, ½ tsp of Agave,  1 tbsp of Hemp seeds
  • All Green: Green apple, cucumber, celery, kale, spinach
Donkey-Kong
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp of peanut butter / Almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • Handful of Ice

 

Sunday

Coco Loco
  • Handful of Spinach
  • Handful of Kale
  • 2 cups coconut Water
  • 2 Cups Frozen Mix berries
  • 2 Cups Pineapple
  • 2 Dates
  • 2 Tbsp of Hemp Seeds
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

 

 

  • Watermelon Refresher: 2 cups of Watermelon,  ½ lemon,  ½ lime,   1 tbsp Agave,   Sprig of mint

 

 

 

  • Mean-Green-Machine: Carrots, celery, cucumber, beets, parsley, kale, 1 lemon w/ rind,  1 – 2 apples
