The Mocha / Almond Blend
- 1.5 bananas
- 8 oz coffee
- 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
- 1 scoop of Chocolate vegan protein powder
- 2 cups Almond milk

Tropical Spinach Smoothie
- 3 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups of coconut water
- 2 cups frozen pineapple

- 3 carrots,

- 2 cucumbers
- 1 golden beet
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 lemon (juice)

Thursday

Inflammation Fighter: Turmeric paste, apples, cucumber, kale, lemon juice
To make the Tumeric paste:
- ¼ turmeric powder;
- ½ cup water;
- ¾ tsp black pepper;
- mix turmeric in water in pan over low heat.
